Powerbuds is an online store based in Malaysia offering new and pre-owned gaming gadgets, consoles, handhelds, accessories, and rare tech finds.

All products listed are curated, checked, and described as accurately as possible.

2. Product Condition

Powerbuds sells both new and pre-owned items.

New items are unused and in original condition unless stated otherwise.

Pre-owned items may show signs of use, but are checked before sale.

Product listings should clearly show condition, included accessories, visible wear, defects if any, and whether the item is new, like new, or used.

By purchasing a pre-owned item, the customer understands that it is not brand new and may have minor cosmetic wear.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in RM (Malaysian Ringgit).

Powerbuds does not store customer card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days.

Delivery is available within Malaysia unless stated otherwise.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, public holidays, or unexpected delays.

5. Returns & Refunds

Powerbuds does not accept returns for change of mind.

Returns may only be accepted if the item is defective on arrival, significantly not as described, or the wrong item was delivered.

Customers must contact Powerbuds within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide clear photo or video proof.

Approved returns may be eligible for replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

6. Warranty

Some items may include store warranty, manufacturer warranty, or no warranty.

Warranty details should be clearly stated in each product listing.

Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, modification, or normal wear and tear.
